Iris Esposito

My name is Iris and I'm so happy you're here! I was born and raised in NJ but moved to beautiful sunny South Carolina 13 years ago. My husband and I have been together 26 years and have built a beautiful family together. I am a blessed mom of 5, proud Nonna, and dog mom to 4 fur babies. I love spending time with my family, making memories, visiting Disney World, the Tennessee mountains, and soaking up every moment of beach life.

I'm a proven real estate agent with triple digit sales over the past 6 years and over $20M in annual sales two years in a row. I love helping families buy and sell with confidence along the coast and beyond. With deep local knowledge and years of experience, I'm passionate about building real relationships and guiding you every step of the way. From resales, to new home construction, to condos, to oceanfront rentals and more, I am here to make sure your experience is as stress free and seamless as possible. Whether you're buying, selling, investing, or dreaming of a beachside or country cozy lifestyle, I'm here to guide you every step of the way—with heart, hustle, and a little sand between my toes.

I look forward to being part of your story and helping you find your next home sweet home.
